Who Do We Work With?
The Choice Program works with individuals who may struggle with utilizing the resources available to them or those who do not have any resources at their disposal.
Criteria:
-Between the ages of 35-65
-Some college education or less
-Experiences of mental distress
-50K or less of income or unemployed
-Receives Medicaid or no health insurance
-Living in the Bronx
Applicant Screening Criteria
We want to work with individuals who have a strong motivation to quit smoking, those who are willing to commit to at least 2 components of the program, and those who are willing to commit to regular ongoing participation as needed.
Methods
We acquire participants for our program through a QR code which leads to a survey. Once an individual completes the survey, they will then have a personal meeting with our associates in order to plan their program accordingly. we offer both virtual and in person options for our meetings.

Promoting Our Program
There are many ways we can promote our program. Some individual ways that our program can be successfully spread is Guerrilla marketing, going to clinics, promoting in bars and clubs, going to adult centers, promoting on the internet through social media, and fitness and weight loss centers. Other ways we can get participants for our program is by collaborating with other businesses in the same field, such as, clinics, hospitals, and the disability office.
